How to return online purchases
The product must be in its original condition, with all tags still in place, must be in re-sellable condition, unworn and odour free. Your receipt must also be included and the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
On rare occasions a return may be declined, this will only occur when the product is damaged and has not arrived in its original condition or outside of the returns time frame of 7 days.
Please package the item securely in a tracked courier bag, enclose your packing slip selecting the item you are returning and send it back to us within 7 days. We would recommend using a tracked courier service over a postal service, this will ensure the items get to us within the returns timeframe. Otherwise we will be unable to process it if it arrives late in the post.

Please consider sale purchases carefully, as we do not offer returns/refunds or exchanges on sale items.
If you are a local Rolleston resident, I'm happy to organise a drop off/ pick up service with returns as long as you email or message the Facebook page within 3 days of us receiving your order.
Shipping is free when you spend over $150 on your order, all other orders there is a flat rate of $5 per order.
If you are a local Rolleston resident, I'm happy to drop your order in your letterbox (at your own risk) please select drop off at the checkout.

(rural deliveries can take 2-4 days)
